What is your standard turnaround time?
Our standard production time is 5-7 business days plus shipping. If you have a firm deadline, please let us know so we can ensure your order arrives on time.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We offer many products with no minimum order requirements. However, certain screen printing services may require a minimum of 6 or 12 pieces depending on the complexity of the design.
Can I see a proof before my order is printed?
Absolutely! We provide a digital mockup for every order. Production will not begin until you have reviewed and approved the final design proof via email.
What is your return policy for custom items?
Since custom items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or there is a printing error that deviates from your approved proof.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer significant price breaks for large volume orders. The more garments you order with the same design, the lower your price per piece will be.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We prefer high-resolution vector files such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF. We also accept high-quality .PNG and .JPG files if they are at least 300 DPI.
